What We’re Looking For:

- At least 6 months of experience in automotive sales or another commission-based sales environment
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, competitive, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience and building repeat and referral business
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing customer follow-up
- Valid VSA license or the ability to obtain one
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver abstract
- Ready to learn the Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup and grow in a quick-paced dealership environment

Your Day-to-Day:

- Become a trusted product expert on our exciting lineup of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle, needs, and budget
- Deliver an exceptional, customer-first sales experience from initial conversation through vehicle delivery
- Build repeat and referral business through robust relationships and outstanding follow-up
- Stay current on vehicle features, technology, trims, programs, and available options
- Prospect, follow up, build your customer base, and close deals
- Work alongside a supportive sales team that shares knowledge, celebrates wins, and wants to see each other succeed
