As a Senior NPI Product Engineer, you will support recent product development across advanced CMOS and BiCMOS technologies. Your work spans characterization, test strategy, yield optimization, and manufacturing readiness. Collaborate with Design, Test, Validation, Quality, Reliability, Applications, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout NPI programs. Key Responsibilities:
Support NPI programs through product release and manufacturing transfer Define DfT and DfM requirements with cross-functional engineering teams Develop and optimize automated test equipment solutions Analyze characterization data across process, voltage, and temperature Support yield modelling, DOE planning, and test time optimization Requirements:
