Design AI agents remotely from Toronto for ACTO, using prompt engineering and workflow design to support regulated life sciences teams. As an AX Engineer, you will build ACTO SuperAgents for commercial, medical, and patient-facing workflows. You will translate user roles and enterprise processes into compliant, high-performing agent configurations. The work combines AI behaviour engineering, systems integration, and customer delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client discovery sessions and document technical specifications Map databases, APIs, warehouses, Veeva, Salesforce, and Snowflake dependencies Configure objectives, guardrails, intent logic, and interaction flows Model Skills using tools, actions, and governed knowledge Evaluate outputs, support UAT, and refine agent performance Requirements:
