Lead process improvement that helps our Canadian Market Organization work smarter and deliver stronger results.

The MO Process Manager role provides leadership to define, document, and implement multiple business process improvement projects for the designated Market Organization (MO). You will manage the Review and Improvement (R&I;) process for the MO, serve the General Manager, and build experience in a manager-development position.

What You’ll Do

- Provide leadership in defining, documenting, and implementing multiple business process improvement projects.
- Manage process development, review and improvement, and implementation by providing advice, coaching, and support.
- Execute Executive Management Team meetings from planning and agenda stages through full delivery.
- Maintain, analyze, and interpret monthly reporting for MO Canada key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain Market Organization Executive Management Team Actions-in-Process (AIPs).
- Represent the MO in selected cross-functional and cross-departmental meetings, ensuring MO Canada business needs are expressed.
- Support office activities and events that contribute to engagement initiatives.
- Support the Executive Management Team (EMT) with administrative tasks and projects as needed or assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum four (4) years of general work experience, preferably in process management.
- In-depth understanding of Hilti’s direct sales business model.

- Proven success in selling skills preferred.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products, with heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding organizational, detail, and process-oriented skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with external and internal customers, peer groups, and upper management.
- Strong planning and implementation skills, including the ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate team player with a solid desire to advance within the company.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions include a normal office environment and occasional travel to field locations and jobsites. Up to 40% domestic travel is required. The role requires walking on construction sites and uneven surfaces; climbing scaffolding, ladders, and stairs; possible exposure to heat, cold, and loud jobsites; required jobsite PPE; lifting and carrying up to 65 pounds of Hilti product; and sitting for prolonged periods.
