Manage construction contracts for Duz Cho Construction in Chetwynd, applying commercial risk analysis and contract governance. A flexplace work policy is available. This Contracts Manager role supports tendering, negotiation, execution, and closeout across assigned contracts. You will apply contract administration, change management, claims management, and contract lifecycle practices. The position also requires culturally protected work with Indigenous communities and understanding of reconciliation. Key Responsibilities:

Review RFPs, ITTs, and contract documents for commercial risks Develop contracting strategies and provide tendering input Support negotiations, amendments, variations, and claims Administer correspondence, meetings, changes,



and contractor performance Support claims, final accounts, and contract closeout Requirements:

Five-plus years in contract or commercial management Degree in business, finance, pre-law, or supply chain Knowledge of contract governance, law, and risk allocation Microsoft Office and Contractor Lifecycle Management software experience NCMA certification such as CFCM or CPCM Apply contract governance, negotiation, and commercial analysis skills while supporting Duz Cho Construction’s construction contracts.
