The Role

As a Leasing Specialist, you'll manage the leasing process from initial prospect inquiries to signed leases.

Key Responsibilities

- Responding to leads and answering rental-related questions.
- Qualifying prospects based on budget, move-in date, and preferences.
- Conducting property tours and presenting units, amenities, and building features.
- Following up with prospects and addressing questions or concerns.
- Processing applications and coordinating document collection and approvals.
- Closing leases and coordinating signatures, payments, and required documents.
- Creating, updating,



and managing rental listings across platforms.

Who We're Looking For

- Self-motivated, independent, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by success.
- Must own a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable travelling throughout Greater Montreal.
- Able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset).
