Seasonal/Part-time Merchandiser – Vancouver Area 15-25 hours

West Coast Seeds believes, first and foremost, in the principles of organic growing and sustainable agriculture. Namely, we feel that food and all plants can be grown without the use of synthetic chemicals and that the seeds we supply are an important component within the broader approach to organic gardening. We support growers as custodians of the land they grow on however large or small and through adopting organic gardening techniques such as composting, companion planting and planting pollinator friendly plants, we help repair the world by nourishing the soil, and ourselves.

Founded in 1983, West Coast Seeds’ purpose was to source and supply seeds of a higher quality than had been available to home gardeners. Following the traditions of organic farming and gardening, the focus was on offering untreated seeds suitable for organic growing. Today we offer over 1,000 varieties of untreated, non-GMO, open pollinated and hybrid vegetable, herb and flower seeds, as well as a wide range of unique bird feeders and quality gardening supplies.

The Role

Are you a self-starter with a knack for visual merchandising? Love working independently and being on the move? We’re looking for a Seasonal/Part time Merchandiser to represent our three brands, West Coast Seeds, Renee’s Garden and Pinebush Home & Garden, at retail stores across the London, Ontario area.

You’ll be the face of West Coast Seeds—ensuring our displays are vibrant, organized, and fully stocked to inspire gardeners of all levels.

What You’ll Do





- Deliver & Stock: Receive shipments and set up product on merchandising racks.
- Maintain Displays: Keep racks clean, organized, and easy to shop.
- Rotate & Replenish: Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and ensure racks are full.
- Stay Organized: Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
- Communication: Report any damaged goods or store concerns to your Team Lead.
- Cover Multiple Locations: Visit multiple retail stores daily and manage your schedule efficiently.
- Wrap Up Season: Process returns and tidy, dismantle or remove displays at the end of season.

What You Bring

- Highly organized, independent, and reliable.
- Strong attention for detail and pride in presentation.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong sense of accountability.
- Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (required).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible with scheduling and seasonal workload.
- Experience with planograms is a major plus.
