We are a loving family in Brantford, Ontario, looking for a warm, dependable and engaging nanny to care for our toddler son in our home while my husband and I work from home. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Start date: December 2026/January 2027, flexible Pay: $18-$23/hour, depending on experience and qualifications We are hoping to find someone who will become a trusted part of our family and provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and engaging setting. Responsibilities include:
* Providing attentive, hands-on care throughout the day.
* Following our son's nap, meal and snack routines.
* Planning age-appropriate activities, reading, sensory play and outdoor time.
* Supporting his learning, independence and development.
* Diaper changes and maintaining good hygiene.
* Cleaning up after his meals, toys and activities.
* Providing daily updates about meals, naps, activities and anything noteworthy. Our ideal candidate:
* Has experience caring for infants or toddlers; professional nanny experience is an asset.
* Is patient, nurturing, reliable, proactive and safety-conscious.
* Has current infant/child CPR and first-aid certification.




* Can provide references from previous families or childcare employers.
* Is comfortable caring for a toddler while a parent works from home.
* Enjoys engaging children through play rather than relying on screens.
* Is willing to follow our family's routines and preferences. We are looking for someone interested in a consistent, long-term arrangement.
