We are looking for a companion for our sister that is in a Long Term Care Home. Bluewater Rest Home in Zurich, Ontario. She is 69 in December, a quiet normally shy lady has an aphasia and some dementia. She often says I would like a friend. Looking for 1 or 2 afternoons a week to start, for a 2 hr. Period. Spend some time with doing an activity or going for a walk, there is a little cafe in the village as well. Suggestions are welcome. Experience with dementia is what we are looking for.
