We're a busy local family in West Nipissing looking for a warm, reliable person to help with our three kids (ages 9, 7 and 4) and around the house. We have the kids every other week, so this role is built around a flexible, alternating-week schedule. On our weeks with the kids (every other week, including that weekend):
- After-school and evening care, roughly 5 to 8 p.m.: dinner, homework help, baths and bedtime routines.
- Flexible daytime hours for household prep: meal prep, laundry, tidying, grocery runs and getting the kids' things ready.
- Some weekend help, with hours arranged together. On our weeks without the kids:
- Flexible personal assistant work on your own schedule: errands, appointments, light admin and getting the house ready for the coming week.

- Use of a vehicle for work driving. What we're looking for:
- Experience with school-age and young children. Nanny, ECE or PSW backgrounds are welcome.

- CPR/First Aid and French are assets.
