Machina Labs is hiring a Senior Accountant to combine hands-on accounts payable ownership with broader accounting operations. Working closely with the Accounting Manager, this position supports journal entries, account analysis, fixed asset schedules, and process improvements. Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset additions, disposals, and depreciation
- Prepare journal entries for month-end and year-end close
- Maintain accurate account classifications and coding
- Identify and help resolve system integration process gaps
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with solid reconciliation and analytical skills
- Four or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Manufacturing experience preferred
