This Client Services Representative position focuses on answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and booking appointments for existing clients. You will build understanding of plumbing and HVAC products and services while maintaining detailed records. HVAC or plumbing industry experience is a plus, and bilingual Spanish is also valued.
