The Care Company is seeking proactive Personal Support Workers for two school-aged clients. This work includes assisting with ADLs, transfers, mobility, routines, and personal care. You will encourage participation, maintain professional boundaries, and communicate with families and care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide age-appropriate personal care and daily living assistance
- Use client-specific mobility equipment according to training
- Encourage independence while providing needed hands-on assistance
- Observe physical, cognitive, behavioural,



or emotional changes
- Follow safety practices and complete accurate documentation

Requirements:

- Enjoy working with children and young people
- Warm, patient, compassionate, and engaging approach
- Ability to work independently in family homes
