As a Senior Specialist, Operations, you will help manage seller programs across multiple marketplaces. You will monitor performance, analyze operational issues, and recommend improvements using reporting insights. The position partners with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen program outcomes and customer service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- One to two years in day-to-day operations or logistics management
- Retail Merchandising, Operations, or eCommerce experience is an asset
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint comfort is an asset
- Minimum age of 16
