Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor tender opportunities and identify promising projects
- Coordinate subcontractor, supplier, vendor, and consultant relationships
- Conduct site visits to understand scope and site conditions
- Prepare organized proposals, tender forms, and bid submissions




- Coordinate awarded-project handovers with project management

Requirements:

- Two or more years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Solid construction drawing, specification, and technical-document interpretation
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and estimating practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
