This Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager while coordinating operational plans and store standards. You will prioritize work, delegate responsibilities, implement programs, and evaluate results for the assigned Front End area. The role also requires cross-training across store areas when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create operational plans with the Store Management Team
- Prioritize tasks, delegate assignments, and provide explicit direction
- Implement store programs and evaluate their effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, sales, and records procedures

- Must be at least 16 years old
