This Order Management Representative position centers on translating customer and commercial requirements into complete sales orders. You will interpret purchase orders, quotations, contracts, pricing, and shipping details while maintaining records across business applications. Your work helps internal teams and customers move orders forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review purchase orders and requests for completeness and accuracy
- Translate requirements into sales orders within business systems
- Manage lifecycle changes and communicate documented updates
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on order alignment

Requirements:

- Two or more years in order processing, sales operations, or O2C
- Experience supporting customers, channel partners, or technology products
- Ability to interpret commercial and contractual documentation
- Comfort learning and using multiple business applications
- Understanding of multiple products, order types, or commercial requirements
