KEILTY Realty Management is seeking a Property Runner for its various properties. The work offers an occasional, flexible schedule with the ability to make your own hours. Duties include inspecting properties, supporting move-in and move-out dates, granting vendor access, and representing the firm professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties initially with Owners
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Test keys for working order
- Travel to sites for Vendor access
- Assist with new tenant key deliveries
Requirements:
- Interest in fluctuating part-time scheduling
- Ability to travel to different locations
- Customer service background
- Skilled and positive company representation
- Availability for occasional property visits
