Build mechanical piping installations for Thor’s commercial and institutional projects in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Apply drawing interpretation, piping assembly, and testing skills.
As a Construction Plumber with Thor Plumbing & Heating, you will work on field crews delivering mechanical construction installations. Your responsibilities include rough-ins, fixture installation, final connections, and related piping work. Coordination with Foremen, apprentices, other trades, and the project team is central to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping
- Complete plumbing rough-ins and fixture installations
- Make final connections across project systems
- Test completed systems for installation issues
- Maintain protected, organized work areas
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial plumbing construction
- Experience in institutional plumbing construction
- Journeyperson or Red Seal certification preferred
- Strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with construction crews
