As a full time Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead a customer-focused store and support the business plan. Responsibilities include making real-time decisions from sales trends, maximizing productivity through schedules, monitoring loss prevention compliance, and communicating priority issues. You will also oversee key business areas.

Requirements:
