Deliver child-centred programming and family support with the YMCA of Three Rivers as a casual Supply Early Years Educator.

Working Monday to Friday as program needs vary, you will support children across early learning environments. The position uses Playing to Learn for ages zero to six and YMCA Place to Connect for ages six to twelve. Responsibilities include care, learning, safety, hygiene, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement child-centred curriculum-based programs
- Listen and respond to children’s care needs
- Assist with diapering and toileting when required
- Clean and sanitize spaces, toys, and equipment
- Attend curriculum training and career development

Requirements:

- Experience with young children, including volunteer or placement experience
- Valid immunizations required by Public Health
- Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
- Ability to work outdoors year-round for two hours daily
- Minimum age of 18 and legal Canadian work entitlement

Use early learning knowledge, attentive supervision, and responsive care to support YMCA children and families across varied shifts.
