Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and review complex year-end audit engagements
- Oversee consolidations, acquisitions, and multi-entity structures
- Provide technical guidance under IFRS and U.S. GAAP
- Build relationships with executives and finance leaders
- Support transaction-driven audits and exit readiness
Requirements:
- CPA designation
- Eight or more years of progressive audit experience
- Three to four or more years managing consolidations
- Experience auditing private equity-backed portfolio companies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
