As a Program Manager, you will keep the onboarding pipeline moving, guide Hub Partners through documentation requirements, and ensure launches stay on schedule. You will review Salesforce dashboards, flag pending items and escalations, and analyze metrics for process improvements. Collaboration spans the Business Development Manager, operations teams, regional leaders, and senior leadership. The work also includes coordinating rescue coverage when delivery gaps occur and documenting repeatable practices for scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide Hub Partners through onboarding and launch preparation
- Track dashboards,



milestones, pending items, and escalations
- Communicate program status and results to senior leadership
- Codify repeatable processes and consolidate redundant efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Three-plus years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and improvement opportunities
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLookUps
- SQL knowledge and experience using data and metrics
