This Solar Designer role supports Solar Canada by developing greenfield utility-scale Solar Facilities and Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will review applicable codes, regulations, and developer specifications. The position also contributes calculations, electrical analysis, schedules, performance monitoring, and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review applicable codes, regulations, and developer specifications
- Complete preliminary electrical system modelling
- Complete preliminary production modelling
- Create schedules and monitor performance
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across project teams

Requirements:

- Engineering, construction management, architecture, trade, or related diploma
- Zero to one years of progressive design experience preferred
- AutoCAD and Civil3D working knowledge
- ETAP or PVsyst knowledge considered an asset
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and technology aptitude
