Deliver regulation-compliant safety training with Battlefield Equipment Rentals while improving secure behaviours across its regional operations.

As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will source, develop, coordinate, and execute OHS training programs. You will support the Safety Training Matrix while advising Supervisors and Operational Leaders. The work also includes strengthening safety programs, procedures, and committee effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and develop OHS training programs
- Coordinate and deliver training supporting the Safety Training Matrix
- Provide direction to Supervisors on safety obligations
- Develop key safety programs, requirements, and policies
- Collaborate with Health and Safety Committees

Requirements:

- Ability to provide clear, engaging, regulation-compliant safety training
- Experience identifying training requirements and execution processes
- Ability to instruct operations and operational leaders
- Knowledge of health and safety policies and programs
- Ability to develop committee skills and effectiveness
