Accenture Construct seeks a Senior Programme Manager – Electrification to lead the full delivery lifecycle for complex railway programmes. You will oversee foundations, structures, overhead wiring, traction power, substations, switching, testing, energisation, and associated interfaces. Success requires disciplined programme controls, contractor leadership, engineering coordination, and solid stakeholder relationships across railway delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish integrated master programmes and measurable production targets
- Monitor critical paths, contractor schedules, productivity, and forecast milestones
- Maximise railway access, possessions, equipment, materials, and labour




- Coordinate design releases, constructability reviews, and technical interfaces
- Lead testing, energisation readiness, defect closure, and asset handover

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years’ engineering experience within rail transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering area of specialty
- Current recognized PEng. licence in the practice province
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve competing risks
- Experience communicating across demanding multidisciplinary project environments
