Key Responsibilities:

- Assess building envelopes, penetrations, interfaces, fixtures, and concealed spaces
- Develop durable scopes balancing cost, constructability, and maintenance
- Manage project resources, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate general contractors, trades,



and internal stakeholders
- Document findings and track corrective actions through completion

Requirements:

- Hands-on general contracting or construction project management experience
