Build Gusto’s trusted investor ecosystem through program design, portfolio engagement, and measurable partnerships across venture capital and private equity.

This manager leads Gusto’s ecosystem partnership motion within the broader Partnerships organization. You will balance relationship depth with scalable programs, including portfolio company engagement, founder and operator education, and platform integrations. Success requires collaboration across Partner Marketing, Events, Sales, Recruit, and other Partnerships teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build repeatable ecosystem partnership programs
- Determine one-to-one and scaled partner engagement
- Coordinate scalable programs with Marketing and Events




- Align net-current partner sourcing with Recruit
- Represent Gusto across the VC and PE ecosystem

Requirements:

- Background in program design or portfolio engagement
- Experience with platform partnerships and ecosystem development
- Proven leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong judgment about investment priorities
- Secure, reliable internet when working outside Gusto offices
