This Associate Director role sits within the Risk Management Solutions Group and focuses on FX risk management across Ontario. You will deepen existing relationships, develop new opportunities, and progressively assume ownership of a defined client portfolio. Success requires sound judgment, quantitative capability, and confidence explaining technical recommendations to CFOs, finance leaders, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate, structure, and execute Foreign Exchange risk solutions
- Analyze client, industry, and market conditions for recommendations
- Prepare presentations, market commentary, and exposure analyses




- Maintain pipelines of existing and current business opportunities
- Price FX derivative transactions with the trading desk

Requirements:

- Three or more years in FX sales, derivatives, treasury, or banking
- Ability to assess exposures and compare hedging alternatives
- Demonstrated client relationship development and transaction conversion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Natural curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving ability
