Apply QA/QC expertise to Ganotec’s heavy industrial construction projects as a Quality Manager leading project standards, inspections, and corrective actions.

This senior-level, full-time position leads the Quality team and program at an assigned location. You will evaluate project data, produce quality reports and metrics, verify records against contract specifications, and address deviations. Success requires coordination with owners, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, staff, and design professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce quality reports and evaluate performance data
- Verify logs, as-builts, checklists, test reports, and specifications
- Resolve construction procedures, complaints, and quality problems
- Recommend corrective actions for documented quality incidents




- Align quality controls with construction procedures and objectives

Requirements:

- Seven or more years’ quality management experience in industrial construction
- Proven QA/QC background on large-scope projects
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Robust organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to access construction sites across varied environments
