This Senior Manager reports to the Director, Infrastructure, Telecom & Operations, overseeing telecommunications and messaging services. Responsibilities include employee leadership, audiovisual standards, supplier performance, procurement, and issue resolution. The role operates Monday to Friday, exclusively on-site, within a French-speaking work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver telecommunications and messaging infrastructure projects
- Develop service improvement plans and resolve service-related issues
- Define and evolve audio/video equipment standards
- Manage cellular and videoconferencing supplier performance
- Support strategic plans across Pratt & Whitney and RTX
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with seven years, or master’s degree with five years
- Practical wireless mobile technology experience
- Practical IP videoconferencing and IP telephony experience
- Messaging services and unified communications experience
- Robust communication, collaboration, and cost control skills
