Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, this Consultant position supports customized tax strategies within a complex regulatory framework. You will research markets, review property data, and assist with valuation conclusions and tax savings opportunities. Collaboration with Managers, senior team members, municipalities, assessors, brokers, and property managers is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and property analysis
- Identify potential property tax savings opportunities
- Analyze sales, market, income, and expense data
- Reconcile client and municipal property information




- Liaise with municipalities and industry participants

Requirements:

- Education in economics, finance, business, law, or related studies
