You will participate in Seniors’ Mental Health Regional Consultation Service outreach for older adults and care partners. The position addresses neurocognitive, mood and anxiety, substance use, and psychotic disorders. It also provides staff education, patient learning resources, mentorship, and clinical coverage for other educators. The role requires broad geriatric knowledge, critical thinking, therapeutic communication, and team-oriented practice across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide interdisciplinary outreach for older adults and care partners




- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments

Requirements:

- Registered nurse certification with current Ontario registration
