The Field Lead Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership across multiple crews and large-scale project sites. You will support Field Leads, coordinate trade partners, manage site logistics, and monitor project performance. This position emphasizes secure, efficient, and high-quality operations delivered on schedule and within budget. The role reports to the Regional Manager and involves frequent regional travel, with occasional nationwide travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
- Oversee trade scheduling and site logistics
- Monitor risks, delays, and project progress




- Implement solutions keeping projects on track
- Maintain Exodigo methodologies, processes, and technology platforms

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in construction, utilities, infrastructure, or surveying
- Two years supervising multiple teams or sites
- Strong construction and field safety knowledge
- Ability to coach Field Leads on performance and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and remote-site travel ability
