Support Chinese-speaking suppliers and customers as a bilingual blow molding technician serving PET All Manufacturing Inc. equipment programs.

Based at the Markham headquarters, this full time position requires fluent Chinese and English for technical communication. You will install, commission, repair, and adjust equipment while coordinating solutions with suppliers and supporting customer facilities throughout North America and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate technical solutions with Chinese-speaking equipment suppliers
- Install and commission customer blow molding equipment
- Provide on-site and remote customer support
- Prepare service reports and follow-up recommendations
- Train customers in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

- Fluent Chinese and English, including technical communication
- Five or more years of hands-on blow molding experience
- Experience reading schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
- Practical PLC systems and industrial controls experience
- Ability to commute to Markham or relocate before starting
