You will assess buyer needs, explain extended warranties and service contracts, and answer questions about vehicles and purchasing finances. The role also requires lender coordination and funding application processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about vehicle needs and preferences
- Recommend financing and insurance options based on gathered information
- Describe extended warranties, rust proofing, paint protection, and accessories
- Guide customers through vehicle purchases and protection programs
- Work with lenders to process funding applications
Requirements:
- Proven financial agreement and customer service experience
- Two to three years as an F&I; or Financial Service Manager
- Current OMVIC License in valuable standing
- Experience with CDK, DealerTrack, One Eighty, or similar systems
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
