Lead Cardata’s internal systems and security operations through access management, equipment procurement, automation, and effective troubleshooting.

As IT Operations Manager, you will oversee the systems that support Cardata employees and day-to-day operations. You will manage organizational access, hardware, software, vendors, and security practices. Working with the CFO and Director of Engineering, you will identify improvements, maintain controls, and reduce manual work through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage access across organizational IT systems and software
- Own equipment procurement and centralized hardware records
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding system setup
- Identify automations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency




- Maintain IT security controls protecting systems and information

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of IT operations experience
- Experience procuring internal software and hardware
- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously
- Adaptability and flexibility in changing operational needs
- Knowledge of IT systems and security best practices
