Lead Ramp’s partner implementation strategy with expertise in certification, delivery quality, and ERP integrations across a scalable SI network. This senior individual contributor role shapes execution.

You will translate Ramp’s SI pilot into a repeatable operating model for implementation partners supporting referred customers. Your remit includes partner readiness, technical enablement, scope boundaries, escalation governance, and customer outcomes. You will turn field learning into improvements across product, enablement, and partner strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate pilot learnings into repeatable SI operating mechanisms
- Set partner scope, certification gates, quality standards, and escalation paths
- Coordinate specialist support for complex integration exceptions
- Run implementation reviews, QBRs, feedback loops,



and remediation plans
- Expand delivery across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies

Requirements:

- Significant experience scaling multi-partner implementation execution
- Experience in technology businesses dependent on partner ecosystems
- Demonstrated ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes
- Sound judgment on technical specialists and implementation design
- Ability to build trusted senior partner relationships
