Bluestar Engineering Ltd. is seeking a Senior Civil/Structural/Architectural Designer with extensive commercial building design experience. This senior position focuses on structural steel, concrete foundations, 3D models, and civil/structural documentation. EPCM experience is preferred, alongside industrial project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structural and civil drawing packages with other disciplines
- Design steel framing systems and supporting structures
- Prepare concrete foundations for buildings, racks, and equipment
- Produce pile layouts, plans, sections, and bills of materials
- Check drawings against standards and project specifications
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering Technologist diploma or equivalent required
- At least 10+ years commercial structural design experience
- Preferred EPCM experience with commercial building projects
- Revit, AutoCAD, CADWorx Steel, and Tekla expertise
- Ability to multitask and adjust to changing demands
