This Talent Acquisition Specialist role combines full-cycle recruiting with employer branding and talent integration. You will collaborate with HR, Marketing, Communications, Operations, schools, and hiring managers. Your work will support recruitment campaigns, career content, career fairs, student programs, onboarding, and inclusive candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion qualified and inclusive candidate experiences
- Develop recruitment and employer branding content
- Represent Crown at career fairs and networking events
- Build university, college,
and association relationships
- Enhance internship, co-op, and student programs
Requirements:
- Three or more years in Human Resources recruitment
- Human Resources Management degree or college diploma
- Experience supporting full-cycle talent acquisition
- Strong collaboration with candidates and hiring managers
- CHRP designation or current pursuit considered an asset
