Responsibilities span project financing agreements, legal and financial structuring, customer tenders, supplier arrangements, and business-team counseling. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and negotiate project financing agreements and structures
- Handle complex customer tenders for turbine supply and maintenance
- Draft supply, service, finance, warranty, and purchasing agreements




- Support legal disputes, claims investigations, and insurance coordination
- Prepare corporate resolutions, registers, certificates, and minutes

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor from an accredited Canadian law school
- Current Quebec law license
- Four to eight years’ firm or in-house experience
- Experience negotiating project financing and supply contracts
- Ability to travel internationally and obtain a passport
