As Liquor Store Manager, you are accountable for daily operations and report to the District Manager. You will collaborate with two Assistant Managers to deliver Service Excellence, maintain customer satisfaction, and execute business goals. The position combines floor leadership, warehouse coordination, promotional changes, reporting, and team development across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute business goals and corporate sales initiatives
- Ensure merchandising standards and timelines are met
- Schedule team members and manage performance
- Organize promotional and price changes accurately
- Support Head Office initiatives and special projects
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in business administration, sales, or equivalent
- Five or more years working in retail
- Two or more years of team leadership experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- English spoken and written competence
