This Branch Manager Advisor position balances Financial Advisor expertise with branch leadership responsibilities. You support complex personal and business needs, pursue recent client acquisition, and strengthen existing relationships. You also organize Advisor capacity, encourage client channel choice, and develop employee capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage Advisor capacity and client contacts
- Lead teams using RBC’s full range of capabilities
- Educate clients about digital self-service options
- Engage clients inside and outside the branch
- Champion inclusion, empathy, and belonging
Requirements:
- Mutual Funds accreditation from Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course
- Branch Compliance Officer course completion or exam eligibility
- Business acquisition mindset with entrepreneurial focus
- Business and personal banking experience preferred
- DFSA designation preferred outside Quebec
