The Manager, Business Automation leads intake, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and sustainment across SLGI business functions. You will set direction for an Automation Analyst, coach team members, and align specifications with approved source systems, data governance, and delivery controls. The work includes Python, SQL, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, AWS, and approved AI developer tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run intake, triage, prioritization, and backlog management
- Clarify business needs, dependencies, constraints, and effort
- Set direction, assign work, and review technical output
- Implement logging, monitoring, documentation,



and escalation paths
- Communicate progress and align outcomes with business goals

Requirements:

- Six to ten years of relevant automation or business analysis experience
- Ability to build trust across diverse business partners
- Experience coaching, developing, and supporting team members
- Knowledge of source control, code review, or deployment practices preferred
- Financial services or asset management experience preferred
