As Residential Manager, you will support Milestone, NFI Massachusetts, Inc.'s short-term residential program for youth ages 12-18. Responsibilities include treatment plan reporting, staff supervision, meetings, schedules, and on-call coverage. You will also help maintain program accountability across reporting, funds, facilities, vehicles, and food services. The program addresses trauma, emotional disturbance, family conflict, truancy, running, and substance abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead staff meetings and clinical meetings
- Provide weekly or biweekly individual staff supervision
- Manage staffing levels and schedules
- Ensure accurate internal and external program reporting
- Oversee facility, vehicle, and food service operations
Requirements:
- Associate degree in psychology, sociology, or related field
