This Senior Manager, Growth role reports to the Senior Director, Growth. You will work across Omnicom Media Canada agencies and capabilities, connecting New Business, Client Success, Commercial, Brand Marketing and agency leadership. Your coordination will help translate priorities into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support priority client growth and retention initiatives
- Organize meetings and maintain project documentation
- Track action items, dependencies, milestones and deliverables
- Manage expectations and provide explicit project updates
- Introduce tools and templates for efficient execution

Requirements:

- Six or more years in relevant management or coordination roles
- Relevant experience in media, advertising or consulting preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving and sound judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
