Battlefield Equipment Rentals is seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to support employees, customers, Supervisors, and Operational Leaders. You will help apply OHS programs, manage safety information, and identify trends requiring improvement. The position also supports performance indicators and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direction, instruction, and training to operational teams
- Ensure compliance with OHS laws, regulations, and standards
- Analyze OHS trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop key safety programs, requirements, and execution processes




- Collaborate with Health and Safety Committees to improve effectiveness

Requirements:

- Two or more years developing and facilitating training experiences
- Solid understanding of legislative and regulatory safety requirements
- Confidence presenting to groups of varying sizes
- Construction background and general equipment knowledge
- Willingness to travel within and around the province
