This senior neuroradiology nursing post supports patients throughout radiological procedures and hospital visits. You will work closely with anaesthetic colleagues, the University of Oxford, stroke, and Neurosciences teams. The position includes family communication, patient information, specialist equipment knowledge, and active contribution to qualified nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scrub and circulating nurse support in angiography suites
- Ensure patients and relatives receive accurate procedural information
- Partner with families and friends in the caring process
- Review and update patient information leaflets
- Maintain timely discharge and responsive patient care
