This Head of Enterprise FP&A; role owns the company-wide planning architecture from AOP through Long-Range Planning. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Data Management, you will build consolidation frameworks, standardize reporting, and mentor one direct report. Your work connects finance, executives, and operational teams through trusted data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run planning calendars, reforecasts, AOP, and LRP processes
- Pressure-test functional inputs and establish planning assumptions
- Create one source of truth for financial definitions and KPIs
- Standardize enterprise consolidation and reporting systems




- Hold senior stakeholders accountable for planning commitments

Requirements:

- 8+ years of FP&A;, finance operations, or enterprise planning
- End-to-end AOP and multi-year planning cycle ownership
