Coordinate Manufacturing Execution System improvements using workflow modeling and project management at Xanadu’s Toronto photonic hardware lab.

This MES Specialist supports the Inventory Control team through system development, project management, and workflow updates. You will align MES functionality with R&D; and production line needs while coordinating user requests for improvements. The position requires close collaboration with different teams and occasional interaction with lab equipment, sensitive materials, and assembly line processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage MES projects and ongoing module development
- Coordinate requests for system improvements from users
- Update workflows supporting R&D; and production




- Enforce inventory control policies within the MES
- Handle sensitive materials and equipment occasionally

Requirements:

- One or more years developing or implementing MES
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or GSuite
- Exceptional interpersonal and time management abilities
- Self motivated, consistent completion of mission critical checklists
- Experience around delicate equipment is proven
